I stayed here for three nights and was thrilled by how close it was to Old Town San Diego and the beautiful Junipero Serra Museum, making it easy to stroll through historical sites and enjoy scenic views during my weekend walks.

The elevator was out of service, adding inconvenience to our stay. The surroundings looked rundown and were not very clean, which contributed to a disappointing atmosphere. Although the room was clean, it lacked any maid service during our visit. For a better experience elsewhere, it's worth spending a few extra dollars to find a more well-maintained hotel.

Free Wi-Fi was convenient, but the cleanliness was very disappointing and unsettling.

We had a fantastic time visiting the San Diego Zoo while staying here. The location was perfect, allowing us to quickly reach the zoo and enjoy our trip with my grandson. The rooms were clean, and the pool was a nice bonus for the kids.

In my wife’s opinion, better housekeeping would greatly improve our stay. Fresh towels and trash removal would have made things much better for families.
