When our cy disappeared, the staff seemed very concerned and immediately sprang into action. When he was finally found within a (supposedly) inaccessible bedframe, they were not rude or disdainful.
It was loud in the hallways and the amenities were lacking. If I weren't traveling with cats t the time, I probably wouldn't have booked the motel 6. It was not conveniently located to transit, it offered no breakfast, the tv channels were mostly sport-related, no food delivery options were listed in the in-room binder, and the decor was very unattractive. If an extra $5-10 dollars would at least earn me a bagel or a non-ESPN channel, I would be more likely to book again. However, when travelling with pets, motel 6 is the easiest option. The room had no clock, there were no luggage carts (despite being four stories with only one elevator), and we were not informed of the microwave available in the basement vending area.
close to the beach
place was nice and clean but alot of nite time noises from other guest's and bed's need to be softer or more comfortable
The hotel was convenient to the convention being held down the road and was economical. In other words, good value for the price.
No refrigerator in room. Had to pay to use wi-fi. Faint, musky smell in the corridor.
We discovered after checking in that the chain is "pet friendly" and we are both alergic to dogs and cats. We think this should be discussed in advance as smoking preference is.
Seriously. No refrigerator. Pool that is unheated with no hot tub. Tiny 19" TV. Zero for amenities. Only thing going for this hotel is that it is a room in a GREAT location. Mission Valley is a superb starting point for everything to do in SD. However, there are only about a million other hotels in the circle.
Right next to the freeway and close to everything.
Really tiny room and a horrible bed.
They charged me more than my Booked.net price but since I didn't receive a confirmation , I could not dispute it. Room had no coffee, no fridge and no shampoo.
Nothing, it was dirty, no coffee in room, no hair dryer, the staff was very rude, if I were you I would take this place off your list for a place to stay, I have ran a Hotel for several years in the past, this place was like staying at a dump. There was alot of people going in and out at all hours of the night, ie Drugs, women, to much traffic, if you get what I mean.
You know, Motel is like? How can you expect a motel to have good facilities and cleaness? Very dirty sheets and friendly staff though. Did not wanna stay in room at all.
